What is your go-to roadtrip snack? Whether you’re heading up north for a long weekend or trekking across the country, we firmly believe any great roadtrip starts with the right snacks.
Chewy Sprees (or Hot Tamales), Corn Nuts, Jerky. In that order. They don’t exactly go together, but that’s not what road trip snacks are about.
Our yearly family trip to the North Shore in Minnesota always starts with a stop at Caribou Coffee for beverages and then Brueggers for bagels. We like to load up on caffeine and carbs before hitting the road!

I love the idea of road trip snacks and always have bubble gum in the snack bag. It gives a pop of sugar, which is always needed, but, most importantly, bubble-blowing keeps you occupied.
An Rx Bar - typically chocolate peanut butter or peanut butter.
Trail mix is a must for any road trip. It’s easy to share, easy to clean up the spills, and is just the right mix of salty and sweet.

I have a couple of go-to snacks for any road trip. If I’m getting tired and need to keep going, Corn Nuts are my snack of choice. If I just need a snack, I grab some Pringles. Bottom line...salty is the way to go for me!
