Nearly all of the major tools and technology platforms are in place. “There’s always more to do, but we delivered on the highest priority items and are now ready to focus on stabilizing and optimizing. We want to make sure we’re getting the most benefit from these technologies,” says Marden-Resnik. “We have the best people-power and the best workforce in town. When we didn’t have the right tools
