Rod Young is leading Delta Dental of Minnesota with an emphasis on collaboration, culture, and inclusion. With distinct dedication, Rod Young set his sights on becoming a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) early on during his career. He achieved his goal – three times over – and leads Delta Dental of Minnesota with a people-first mentality.
